👀👀 looking for balloon company that would like their work displayed & professionally photographed at our fall festival.

We are actively working on getting the 501c3 so hopefully it’ll be done in time & you can use it as opportunity to write it off for your business🤩

In relation to that, we need volunteers for other areas of the event to ensure success—
•trunks for the trunk or treat
•people to man the games + a driver for the barrel trains

Yesterday, we had:
great weather
a great turnout
a great time!

It was another successful year & we are so blessed to be able to host such an event.

Although our donors do not do it for the credit, we’d like to highlight those that contributed to this year’s festival.
So, huge thanks to the following:
•Colcord Riding Club
•Delaware County Stockyards
•Buffer Electric
•Countryside Bible Church
•KJC Logistics
•Grange Insurance

Without these businesses/organization, the event would not have been possible!

And, without all our volunteers & those that set up trunks, our event would not have been as fun. So huge thanks to all of you, too!

We have received many messages regarding weather…
Due to high percentage of heavy rainfall expected in our area, the fall festival is
⌛️PENDING⏳

Of course we are hoping & praying the
🌧️chance of rain🌧️ dwindles down from high to low (or completely goes away); but, we want to give a timely heads up.

If the rain % does not go away, the 2023 fall festival will be canceled‼️
It is not a decision we have taken lightly, but there is not an indoor venue large enough or accessible to us that could suit our needs + requirements.

We are holding off as long as possible in the chance of weather going away; we will make a post by 9:00 AM tomorrow morning with our decision.
