As we draw closer to the food truck opening back up to the public we will be looking for a part time cashier. If you need full time hours we also have catering shifts we could fill in.

Christmas came early! Thank you Axe and Kindle showing your customer appreciation. If your great product wasn't enough these gloves came just in time to stack my Hickory wood delivery tomorrow.

And also an update on the food truck. We are going to try and open a few days in August. As we get closer we will throw a post up on Facebook about a week before then. Hope everyone is having a great summer and can't wait to see everyone!

Always a good time when we get to cook a few pigs!!! 1st of 3 hog roasts for the year yesterday. Fed quite a crowd of over 250 guests and really appreciated the compliments from all. And thanks to our BBQ friends M/W Smokers in Memphis for giving us some pointers to fine tune our hog game. Check out thier sauces and rubs Ace Hardware in Athol.

It's been a few weeks now since we hit the ground running in our busy part of the year catering. As of now looks like it will be the end of August when we get a few day to serve the public. We will see how the schedule looks like when we get closer. Just a few pictures of events so far....rehearsal dinners, weekend fish camp, weddings, etc.

Thanks to our BBQ friends who came out last week. We were able to collect donations and our tips to donate to the MEND RIVER PROJECTS up coming event. In total we were able to donate $536.

with a full menu 11am-5pm unless we sell out early
We are going to throw some taters in the smoker and offer our Brisket Loaded Potato. In total these weigh in at over 2 pounds

This week we will be OPEN to the PUBLIC 3 days....Mon-Wed June 1st-3rd with a full menu 11am-5pm

I'm sharing a post of an incredible organization here in North Idaho that we have been lucky enough to be part of some of thier events in the past. We have been invited again this year to cook 4 days on the river for another fly fishing retreat. The post I shared says what thier mission is and what they do for our local first responders and veterans. You are welcome to like and check out thier page.

They will be purchasing the groceries and we will be volunteering to cook for the event. The 3 days we are open this week Jenn and I will be donating ALL our tips to help cover the cost of the food. On a regular 3 days that should cover ⅓ the cost of the food. If you would like to help support the MEND RIVER PROJECT, stop by, get you some BBQ and throw a few dollars in the jar!

MEND is built by people who show up.

Not often I post pictures of pork....brisket usually steals the spotlight. Not today! When we were in Memphis I pay attention and come back with an even greater respect for pork from what I observed from Team Meat Whiskey whom we cooked with. Made some adjustments and excited to serve this masterpiece today along with our full menu
