With the consistent price increases in fuel and supplies, our growing number of team members, and the overall cost of life in general. Enchanted Cactus Events will be raising our prices in 2023. This is not something we will be doing in secret(hence the insta post😂) instead we will be giving any potential 2023 clients the chance to book with our current 2022 pricing for the next 2 weeks.The changes in this price increase will include a professionally trained TEAM working on your big day to coordinate all moving parts as seamlessly as possible, including design, setup, vendor coordination. The ability to coordinate very large weddings/events. More professional tools and resources available to you throughout your planning experience, extended travel to those remote wedding destinations even further outside the realms of the PNW. We are always working on ways to serve our clients better so you can feel confident that you have the right planning company by your side when you choose to say “I do”. Reading these words made me tear up with happy tears 🥹🥹🥹 there is nothing better than a successful wedding day. This day in particular it poured and poured down rain! We set up, everything started getting soaked so, we tore back down. We machine dried tablecloths, and we prayed hard for the rain to stop! We tarped up important Decór and furniture and As the ceremony start time began to approach, The weather report said that the rain would stop… we weren’t seeing evidence of that quite yet. So just to be safe we set up the tents. As we were Putting together all of the final touches the sun FINALLy came and joined the party. Literal minutes before the bride was supposed to walk! The rest of the evening was absolutely GORGEOUS!! Everyone stayed dry and enjoyed the celebration of one of the sweetest couples EVER! It was perfect 🥰🥰 thank you guys for such kind words!❤️

You know when brought their new gal Dolly to the party, my lovely coordination assistant and I HAD TO try it! We were not disappointed! So much fun! Shoutout to my EC coordination team! The first event of the season was full of rain and tons of SUPER heavy farm tables, we were soaked from head to toe before 9:30am😅 but these ladies absolutely slayed set up to take down alongside me. As most business owners know, finding the right people with a strong work ethic can get a bit challenging these days. Enchanted Cactus is lucky to have such strong driven women and I am incredibly grateful for the both of you 🙏🏽

Let’s talk about your wedding budget! In all honesty money is never my favorite conversation BUT it is a conversation that must be had! Planning out your budget can save you a TON of stress in the long run and we are here to help you!
1. First and foremost discuss your big day vision with your partner! What have you always dreamt this day would look like? Start there! 2.What are your MOST important elements? The things you are willing to splurge on for exceptional quality? Is it your photographer? Your venue? Maybe your glam cake! Whatever the case may be, identify those important services within your budget and keep them at the forefront of your plans.
3. Research vendor price points in your area or the area in which your wedding will take place. Quality does not always mean insane pricing. As planners we research your vendors, look over their work, speak with them personally about custom packages, or we have already worked with them in the past and we know they will be a great fit for you and your budget! This will also help in setting the pricing expectations as we are developing your vendor list. 4.Gather all of your primary contributors. Parents, grandparents, or just you and your spouse. Discuss your maximum limits.The numbers you are comfortable with, then the numbers that may make you slightly nauseous. 😅 Let’s stay under that nauseating number!
5. Set a small percentage of your maximum budget aside for unforeseen expenses, this can be a life saver if you suddenly need to pay for family transportation or It can be used to cover the difference for one of your important key vendors. You just never know! It’s always nice to have a backup expense plan in place.
6. Keep a record, keeping track as your paying your initial deposits will allow you the security of knowing exactly where you are in your spending and how to move forward in your future expenses.
7. Set reasonable expectations in your payment timeline. Managing your payments in a specific way so you are not breaking the bank all at once.
8. We provide you with tools to stay comfortable & confident. We’re cutting guesswork!

Let’s talk a bit about the planning timeline. If you have yet to hear the news, it has changed! Back in 2018 you could set your date and secure your venue at the 10-12 month mark and it was all good. 💁🏻♀️Then the dreaded pandemic hit🙈 we all know what happened then….Events we’re cancelled, beautiful wedding plans were reduced to 3 person maximum courthouse ceremonies, and vendors were stuck at home not permitted to do what we love. To say that it was a very sad time would be a gross understatement. Thankfully those days have come and gone (for now) but the days of 12 month planning have gone right along with it! Wedding bookings are at an all time high in 2022 & 2023 and why wouldn’t they be!? We are all SO excited to get back to making holy matrimony happen! Despite the excitement I’ve also encountered discouraged couples who haven’t been able to secure the venue or vendors they want because they thought they had time! Trust me when I say it’s NEVER too early to start planning such an important day and we are here to make it that much easier! At 18-24 months book your planner! We’ll happily help you streamline the rest! ❤️

*SNEAK PEAK*
Couldn't wait any longer... The excitement to post these have been killing me!!!! Mucka Lynn & Amber Asher's wedding day was amazing!!! They are so much fun to be around and just filled with so just happiness! Being around them felt like childhood friends you grew up with. You weren't the "photographer" You were part of the party. I am so grateful to have gotten to know these two, be part of their wedding! Oh and can't forget running around bustling up Mucka Lynn dress all night long after people kept stepping on it..🤣! I enjoyed yelling at random fishing boats to get out of our photos, Popping champagne on the lake and making it rain and celebrating the day with you both! You both looked amazing and hope you enjoy your "SNEAK PEAK"!
