Today is the LAST DAY for our slow smoked pulled chicken special! 🔥

Our pulled chicken is simply seasoned, lightly smoky, and incredibly versatile. You can enjoy it:

• Plain with BBQ sauce on the side
• Memphis Style – topped with creamy coleslaw and our signature BBQ sauce
• The Cliffhanger – loaded with cheese, homemade ranch, BBQ sauce, and green onions
• The Gibson – topped with pickled red onions, Alabama white sauce, and our signature BBQ sauce
• The Rebel – cheddar cheese, creamy horseradish sauce, and BBQ sauce

🔥 It’s RIB DAY at BBQ & Baker! 🔥

Every Saturday we serve our slow-smoked St. Louis-style pork ribs — dry rubbed, lightly sauced, and fall-off-the-bone tender. Better get yours before they sell out!

The FOOD TRUCK is in Seneca at the BP today from 10 - 3 and the RESTAURANT in Coal City is open from 10 - 8.

Both locations have smoked pulled chicken on special - served so many ways!

The white menu posted below is for the food truck and the 2 black menus are for the restaurant.

Please visit our permanent location in Coal City for all of our menu items as we only carry a select few on the food truck.

Happy Wednesday!! Dine in customers receive a FREE drink with any sandwich purchase.

We have slow smoked pulled chicken on the menu today. We serve the pulled chicken MANY DIFFERENT ways, not just plain 😊. Try that tacos, the cliffhanger, the Gibson, the loaded nachos for instance.

And the original pit master burgers are back!! Ground in house using a blend of brisket and pork, seasoned with a savory rub and smoked. They are pink inside - it’s the SMOKE RING! We serve these burgers up 3 different ways.
