First and foremost, I didn’t take the pictures of the jets, I just got to do a lot of cooking with them screaming down the runway over the last week! I spent the week cooking for a Sea Cadets training in Fort Worth. Such a cool organization and a great group of young adults from all over the country. It’s so great to see the youth of America engaged in something other than their phones! This was my second year at this event and I hope to have many more in the future! And yes, I may have burned/spilled a few items because I was trying to watch the jets!

We had the pleasure of partnering with Presbyterian Medical Care Mission by donating boxed lunches this past weekend for their Tour de Gap Bike race! A huge public "thank you" to my amazing team who put together 470 boxed lunches for these hungry riders while I was working a gig out of town! And to Presbyterian Medical Care Mission, thank you for letting us be a part of such a wonderful event!

One of the many great things about having your caterer bring their mobile rig to cook on site, other than the obvious of extremely fresh food, there are often going to be random snacks! Smoked bacon with our smoked honey and habanero run for the win!

We Are Hiring! We are again needing to add a few more to our team to keep up with additional growth. Currently have spots open for mornings, mid day, and evenings. Saturdays and Sundays as well. Looking for strong kitchen experience as well as those that want to learn. Must have your own reliable transportation and a good driving record. Above average pay, 30+ hours each week available. Fast pace but low stress!

The picture doesn’t do it justice but today’s menu is something new. Smoked honey and habanero rubbed pork loin with a maple brown sugar and bourbon cream sauce! Paired up with wild rice and green beans. Going out to a wonderful business today to show their staff some love!
