One of the many great things about having your caterer bring their mobile rig to cook on site, other than the obvious of extremely fresh food, there are often going to be random snacks! Smoked bacon with our smoked honey and habanero run for the win!

We Are Hiring! We are again needing to add a few more to our team to keep up with additional growth. Currently have spots open for mornings, mid day, and evenings. Saturdays and Sundays as well. Looking for strong kitchen experience as well as those that want to learn. Must have your own reliable transportation and a good driving record. Above average pay, 30+ hours each week available. Fast pace but low stress!

The picture doesn’t do it justice but today’s menu is something new. Smoked honey and habanero rubbed pork loin with a maple brown sugar and bourbon cream sauce! Paired up with wild rice and green beans. Going out to a wonderful business today to show their staff some love!

WE ARE HIRING!! We are looking to grow our team for the new year. Available to work from 6am until around 2pm Monday through Friday, some weekends as needed for large events. Our kitchen is in the Eula area, south of Clyde. Competitive wages offered to the right candidates. Some cooking/prep experience preferred but will train the right person. When you are on a 12 day, 3 meals a day, catering gig and these guys are flying around all day! It’s been such a great time getting to watch the young leaders of tomorrow, Sea Cadets training at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth. The new rig from TMG Pits has performed perfectly all week long helping me throw out some great meals for these young cadets.
