Creole seasoned ground pork sautéed with chopped shrimp and the trinity. Wrapped in thin pastry dough and deep fried and served with a spicy cilantro avocado aioli.

Cuisse de Poulet Farcis
Pan seared and roasted, these Cajun dirty rice stuffed chicken thighs are finished with a fresh tomato and herb sauce and toasted pine nuts.

Cucumber Salad
Seasonal cucumbers combined with lime vinaigrette and pickled red onions make up this refreshing salad served on top of heirloom tomato.

Panéed Moutad Veal Chop
Spiced mustard rubbed veal chop pan seared served with roasted pepper couscous and poached pears.

Fromage & Charcuterie
A selection of cheese and cured meats served with seasonal fresh fruit

Dessert
Chocolate fudge brownie served with lavender caramel and house made saffron ice cream.
