A venue tour that was way overdue for a spot on the feed. 🤍

I toured a few months back and loved getting a closer look at the property, event spaces, and guest flow.

As a coordinator, visiting venues before wedding day helps me think through timelines, logistics, vendor access, guest experience, and all the little details that help a wedding run smoothly.

Beautiful venue, fun atmosphere, and definitely one to consider if you’re venue shopping.

T minus 5 minutes until reception guest arrival.

Nobody walking into the reception will ever know how many behind-the-scenes tweaks had to happen to make everything work smoothly — outlet placement needs, catering flow, traffic patterns, and making sure the dance floor actually stayed a dance floor.

The best wedding coordination usually happens quietly.

Snagged a selfie between putting final touches on the reception venue and heading to the church🤍

Today’s responsibilities included answering questions, pinning boutonnieres & corsages, keeping the bride hydrated, performing minor miracles on tablecloths that absolutely did not fit & turning on approximately one bajillion candles… then turning them all back off at the end of the night.

Also featuring Brian patiently waiting for further instructions on what to carry, move, hold, plug in, or rescue next. Or on a sweet tea run for me 🩷

Basically: doing 900 tiny wedding tasks but still cute enough for a selfie energy 😜

A theater wedding at an art deco-inspired cinema 🎬

Such a fun, different vibe for a wedding day. They planned every detail, and we stepped in to set the space, keep everything looking its best throughout the event, and handle teardown so they could just enjoy the night (and the movie after).
