I truly want to express from my heart to each person thank you for all of your wishes and gifts that was given to me on this milestone birthday.

My children, grandchildren, spouse and every family member and friends, you are my life and without you my life would not be the same.

To those who were unable to make an appearance I feel that you were with me in my heart. May God continue to Bless you all.

I was blessed for Mother's Day with a two night stay in a suite in Pigeon Forge, TN. This was a gift from someone who met me a few years ago and they just wanted to do something special for me.

God always place beautiful people in your life that may not be a part of your biological family, but your spirit full family. Someone who want to build you up and not tear you down.

Today is May 8, 2022

The race began on the first of this month and will continue thru the month. I have completed 6 miles in one day. I plan to walk another day and then post a photo.

Remember, running can significantly improve physical and mental health? As a form of aerobic exercise, running can reduce stress, improve heart health, and even help alleviate symptoms of depression.

We want to encourage you to take advantage of the benefits of running! Not to mention it's for a great cause - STEM scholarships at HBCUs. Join us again for the 2nd Annual HBCU STEM Education Run and get moving!

Did you know the theme of this year's Black History Month is Black Health and Wellness? This focus will celebrate the contributions and breakthroughs of Black professionals as well as highlighting practices that many in the Black community perform to improve wellness.
