Happy Birthday to the girl who walked into my business as an employee and somehow became one of the most important people in my life.🤍

I didn’t expect to gain a friend. I didn’t expect to gain a little sister. And as the youngest, I definitely didn’t expect someone stealing my clothes on a regular basis… yet here we are.
But what I also didn’t expect was how deeply Liz would impact my life.
How much she would grow,how much she would make ME grow. How much she would help my business grow.

Watching her transform from “showing up for a job” into someone who truly embodies the heart, the purpose, and the soul behind ‘It’s Worth It’ has been one of the most rewarding parts of my journey. She has taken this mission and made it her own, She pours into people with intention. She makes others feel seen, valued, and worthy and she does the same for me.

She has become my sidekick, my go to, my unexpected little sister, and one of my biggest blessings. She makes me proud every day but more than that, she makes me grateful. Also, never met someone that is as dedicated to showing up for her people, her school work with 100%, friends, family, everything. She truly inspires me.

Elizabeth, you have no idea the impact you’ve had on me, not just as your boss, but as a human being. I love you more than a fricken chicken leg and you know that’s a lot. Happy Birthday, my girl! 🎉🤍

And as always… remember who you are. Remember you are worth it.
And remember you’re still not ever allowed to quit.😉
