Here’s what we offer:
• A cozy event hall located in Clio
• $40/hr on weekdays (Monday–Thursday)
• $50/hr on weekends (Friday–Sunday)
• Full-day rates available
• Fully decorated packages also offered!

Rental Options Include:
• Folding tables – $5 each
• Folding chairs – $1 each (seating available for up to 70)
• Head of the table seating – starting at $35 (up to $55 for two special seats)
• Luxury picnic setups for up to 8 guests
• Backdrop rentals and more!

We also offer custom decor options for purchase instead of rent—with or without personalization.

We’re looking to build a connection with a newborn photographer who’s interested in making Creative Peak Studio their home base for sessions.

While we don’t receive newborn inquiries all the time, we do get them occasionally — and we’d love to have someone we trust to recommend and possibly collaborate with when the need arises. We want to offer studio space for someone passionate about newborn photography who may be looking for a consistent place to shoot.

Calling All Photographers!

Creative Peak Studio is building a trusted in-studio photographer list, and we’re excited to open up our studio-hosted referral program to photographers who specialize in a variety of session types — from posed newborns and cake smashes to maternity, kids, and more.

We occasionally receive inquiries for sessions that we don’t personally offer or have the capacity to take on, and we’d love to be able to refer those clients to other talented photographers who can bring their vision to life — right here in our studio.

Here’s how it works:
• If we refer a client to you, that session would take place at Creative Peak Studio.

• You’ll pay a flat fee of $70 (weekday no real time restrictions) or $100 (weekend) to cover both the referral and studio use. (Up to 2 hours of time on the weekend)

• You manage your own clients, and we provide the space and give you a new client.

As a bonus, once you’re on our trusted photographer list, you’ll also receive $15 off any regular studio rental for your own sessions — even if it’s not a referral from us (this starts after your first session)

The Peak Den is officially open!
We hosted our very first event on Saturday, April 12th, and it was a huge success.

This space is perfect for birthdays, showers, and all your events—and dates are already booking fast!

Moving forward, this page will now feature all of my rental options—including, but not limited to: the studio, Peak Den hall rentals, tables, chairs, and decor.

Headshot Swap Update!
We’ve decided to postpone the headshot swap to a date that works better for more of you! We want to make sure as many people as possible can attend, connect, and get amazing updated shots.

WHITE BACKDROP UPDATE

We’re adding one more white seamless backdrop to the studio this week, and just like always—it’ll be included at no extra charge for studio renters.

However, if it’s gone within a month again, we’ll unfortunately have to begin charging a white seamless usage fee ($10) starting next month. These rolls cost nearly $100 each, and at the current rate of usage, that’s what we’re spending every month just to keep this available.

This isn’t a complaint—just some real talk: most photographers that use the space have other income streams, but this is my only gig. Every bit of money I’ve saved and earned has gone straight back into growing this business. I don’t have extra out-of-pocket funds to keep replacing these rolls that quickly.

Thanks for understanding and being part of this space—we love seeing what you create here!

Looking for 1 Monthly Studio Membership Renter!

I’m opening up a limited membership spot for just $200/month with a minimum 3-month commitment at the Creative Peak Studio!

Here’s what it includes:
• A reasonable and flexible amount of studio access each month

• A creative, welcoming space to build your portfolio or serve your clients

• Optional prop profit potential — if you bring your props to our shared storage and allow us to include them in the Creative Peak rental system, you could earn extra money without the hassle of managing rentals yourself.

You don’t have to join the prop rental option—but if you do, we’ll take care of all the small details, rental agreements, and handling. You just sit back and earn a little extra on things you’ve already invested in!

This is a membership—not employment or a partnership —and there’s only 1 spot available at this time.

Good Morning from Creative Peak Studio!

Waking up today feeling so incredibly thankful for the energy, talent, and creativity that’s been flowing through the studio lately. Watching this space grow into a hub where so many amazing creatives come together has been a dream come true. Whether it’s photographers, artists, vendors, or event hosts—you all make this place feel alive.

With that said, we’re looking for a dedicated photographer to take the lead on hosting styled shoots here at the studio! As much as I love creating them and bringing our creative community together, time just isn’t on my side right now to take on the extra planning.
