A couple of pictures from a recent event at Goodness Me in London, On for their anniversary/halloween event. It was a great day filled with face painting, balloons, pumpkin painting and delicious samples.

So disappointed:(
Today I was suppose to volunteer at a local hospital doing face painting for Pediatric cancer awareness. What I wasn't thinking, when I agreed to do the event, was that it was 2 weeks after school started. Sure enough, my kiddos started the sniffles earlier this week and yesterday I got them and a scratchy throat. That in itself would never cause me to call in sick, however knowing that the kiddos at the event would have compromised immune systems - I told the organizers and it was decided that it wasn't worth the risk. I 100% agree with the call but super disappointed that I didn't get to participate. It's always been a goal of mine to volunteer in a hospital.. so if anyone knows of opportunities in the future- keep me in mind;)

When you're heading to a local festival and you know how long the lines will be, you pre-do face painting and balloons at home. Surprisingly, this is essentially the first time either of my sons have had face painting.

I didnt get a chance to make a balloon for my eldest's bday because I was being induced for my 3rd... so i finally got around to making it today. For my mario bro enthusiast 4 year old :)
