It was a picture perfect day for Elizabeth and Jeremy an intimate celebration rooted in place, personality, and thoughtful design.

Set in Elizabeth’s childhood backyard, the wedding transformed a deeply personal setting into an elevated garden experience. Vibrant color, layered patterns, and playful umbrellas brought the landscape to life, creating a celebration that felt both effortless and distinctly their own.

We also debuted our custom walls designed to be beautiful, but never simply decorative. Framing the bar, they created a striking architectural backdrop while thoughtfully concealing the catering operations behind the scenes. The result was a seamless guest experience, where every visual element had intention and every functional detail was considered.

One of our favorite moments of the day happens just after the ceremony.

We always carve out time for a private room reveal not just to see the space, but to pause together and take it all in. Every detail you’ve spent months planning is finally in place, and for a few quiet minutes, you get to experience it before the celebration begins again.

Watching our couples’ reactions as they take in every thoughtful detail never gets old. Seeing the excitement, the emotion, and hearing things like, “This is everything we hoped for,” or “I can’t believe this is ours,” is something we’ll never stop loving.

It’s one of those moments that goes by quickly, but stays with you forever.

For Jennifer and Ryan, that place was Marrow. Long before their wedding day, Thursday evenings were reserved for tasting menus, lingering conversations, and the quiet ritual of discovering something new together. It was there, on New Year’s Eve, that Ryan proposed, a moment that forever intertwined the restaurant with the story they were writing.

When it came time to celebrate their marriage, there was never another choice. They envisioned an intimate reception filled with their closest friends and family, where every guest felt like they had a seat at something deeply personal. Food became more than a meal it became the language of hospitality, connection, and celebration.

Surrounded by the people they cherish most, they returned to the place where their next chapter began. A full circle evening where every course carried a memory, every toast honored their journey, and every detail invited their loved ones into the heart of their story.

Every design decision tells a story, and Hannah’s vision was one we’ll be thinking about for a long time.

Instead of matching bridesmaid dresses, each bridesmaid wore a different pastel hue and floral print creating a collection that felt curated rather than coordinated. To elevate the concept even further, every bouquet was designed to echo the colors of her dress, making each arrangement feel personal while contributing to the overall composition.

It was a fresh, modern interpretation of the traditional bridesmaid bouquet proof that thoughtful design doesn’t have to follow convention to feel timeless.

Design is in the details, and this celebration was full of them.

Their vision was never just about beautiful details, it was about creating a ceremony rooted in what mattered most.

For Hannah and Alex, it was important that everymoment be surrounded by faith, family, and their closest friends. Making their vows in thevery church where Hannah grew up added a depth of meaning that simply can’t be replicated.

To extend that sense of intimacy beyond the church, we designed an outdoor ceremony with connection at its heart. A custom stage surrounded by lush florals anchored the space, while guests were seated in a circle around the couple, creating an atmosphere that felt deeply personal, immersive, and shared.

One of the most meaningful touches was the music. Hannah’s brothers led the ceremony, and each guest was given a fan printed with the lyrics so they could join together in song creating a heartfelt moment of worship thatfilled the space with love, faith, and community.

The most unforgettable celebrations aren’t defined by grandeur alone they’re remembered for the moments that bring everyone together.

Some celebrations simply belong in the season they were created for.

Hannah & Alex’s wedding embraced the beauty of early summer with a design that felt fresh, refined, and effortlessly romantic. Every element was selectedwith intention from the sailcloth tent that framed the celebration to the vibrant garden florals, floral linens, natural farm tables, woven rattan accents, and soft earth-toned textures that grounded the palette.

Nothing competed for attention. Every detail worked together to create an atmosphere that felt welcoming, elevated, and timeless.
And with perfect June weather, the entire day unfolded exactly as it was meant to.

Our approach to wedding design has always been about more than creating something beautiful. It’s about crafting an experience that feels authenticto our couples and leaves a lasting impression on every guest.

From the very beginning of planning, there was one thing that mattered most: creating an experience.

Jennifer and Ryan envisioned an intimate wedding surrounded by the people who have walked alongside them through every season of life. They wanted every detail to feel intentional not just beautiful, but meaningful. They wanted their guests to leave feeling seen, celebrated, and grateful to have been part of such a personal day.

So every decision started with a question: How can this tell their story?

They knew from the start that they wanted to celebrate at Marrow the place where they got engaged. It was already a meaningful part of their story. Every Thursday, they make it a tradition to explore a new tasting menu together, so hosting their wedding in a space that reflects one of their favorite rituals felt incredibly fitting.

That love of shared meals inspired one of the first details we designed together: custom menus.

These weren’t simply a list of courses. They were created as keepsakes, each one paired with a personalized note for the guest receiving it. A quiet reminder that every person in the room was an important part of their story.

The most meaningful weddings aren’t defined by extravagant details. They’re remembered because every thoughtful choice reflects the people at the heart of the celebration.

This version flows more naturally by making Marrow the intentional venue choice rather than the inspiration they discovered later.

Vanessa chose cherry nut cake, just like the one her mom used to make for her growing up. The delicate floral details were inspired by a necklace her mother once gifted her, carrying her presence into every part of the day. Though she couldn’t be there physically, her love was felt spiritually and symbolically in every sweet detail.
