Cincinnati Rockfest, originally known as Westside Rockfest, was started by J5 Studios and the band Tower of Silence in 2010. It’s purpose is to promote local bands by enabling them to perform in front of many new fans and give our local musicians a chance to play an outdoor festival alongside national music acts. This year
’s Cincinnati Rockfest will be held on Saturday September 3rd at Riverfront West Pavilion on Harrison Ave in Miamitown and powered by Broken Eye Productions, J5 Sound Studios, and Tower of Silence. As an all ages event Cincinnati Rockfest will be fun for all. Last year’s Cincinnati Rockfest (Westside Rockfest) included 10 local rock bands, had a dance contest, and an pizza eating contest. This year we’re planning on expanding the fun with 9 local rock bands and 3 national bands and activities like corn-hole, slip-n-slides, and much more. Also, we will be having great local eats and treats to help complete the whole experience.
