ShortRib1 has all of the taste sensations you've come to know at Fahrenheit...but on wheels! That’s right, Fahrenheit caters corporate events and private parties using ShortRib1 as our mobile kitchen. You can also catch ShortRib1 out and about Northeast Ohio serving up tasty treats street-side for the enjoyment of everyone in the neighborhood. The Fahrenheit Food Truck menu includes:

● Cleveland

Cheese Steaks with truffle tremor (cheese) served on a hoagie roll
● Jumbo Shrimp Tacos with slaw, lime aioli, flour tortilla
● Burger with avocado Quebec cheddar, bacon on a kaiser roll
● Chicken Quesadilla wild mushrooms, spinach, manchego cheese
● Crispy Chicken Tender Tacos, Siracha aioli-lime
● Korean BBQ Pork Tacos with watercress slaw
● Turkey Burgers with bacon jam and cheddar
● Shrimp Pad Thai, lime chiles, rice noodles, lemongrass reduction
● Vegan Ravioli, roasted tomato sauce
