Pickers Sale! (Post #5 -scroll down to see post #1-4 with pictures)

**NOTICE**
I am helping a friend with her family’s picker sale.
Terms: Cash is king but Cash App and Venmo will also be accepted. No credit payments at this sale.

Additionally, since this is not my sale (but I will be there helping the family) some items may be sold prior to sale date. I have been alerted that this has happened to a couple pictured items.
I will delete any picture featuring an item that has been sold.

If it’s still pictured Wednesday evening, it will be at the sale.

The house and garage are packed and the check out table will be located outside.
Depending on how many show up on the first day, there may need to be a limit on how many are allowed in the house at one time. The house is small and rooms are packed!

Sale Date: October 15-17, 2026

Doors open 9-4pm Thursday and Friday
9-2pm on Saturday

Location: address will be released day before sale but general location is off Gilcrease exit near the Tulsa Country Club.

I am helping a friend with her family’s picker sale.

Household contents are unpriced, not displayed in traditional estate sale manner, and may still be in cabinets or boxes.
Shoppers are free to rummage through all areas of the home (except those areas specifically labeled “do not enter”) and one final price is negotiated with buyer for all goods (their pile☺️)

This is true treasure-hunt style shopping and very fun!

THIS SALE IS OVER!!!
Just wrapped up another fun estate sale and thanks to all of our great customers, it was a huge success!

We sold a lot and the remainder was sold in our auction. Happy to say we got the entire home cleared out in a day and a half! Thank you guys!

Thursday and Friday - 9am to 4pm

Note: Please take restroom breaks before attending this sale because we have no public restroom available and we are quite a distance from any public facility.

The exact address posted tomorrow but close to Cleveland and also close to Sand Springs.

This home is such a fun sale! It’s like walking into 1970 and beyond lol! Come take a walk through and see if you don’t agree!
