Another informative Delta/Bolivar County Rice Update meeting held at the MSU Extension Service building. BBQ Chicken Halves and Pork Loin served with sides including…You guessed it - RICE! Long grain wild rice is always hit! Thank you for inviting us back and thank you to our local rice farmers for helping to feed the world!

Delta BBQ gives back! Proud to partner with the Women’s Resource Center again this year for their 25th Annual Celebrate Life Banquet! Shifted gears this year from pork loin and served up our Garlic Citrus Chicken slow smoked over select cherry wood. Great crowd for an even better cause!

Wow! What. A. Weekend. The kids and parents of the Bayou Academy Flatland Band set a new record this weekend as we rolled out 504 Boston Butts for their annual fundaraiser. Way to go! Proud to partner with them each year to help further this program that we have seen grow from its infancy.

It’s Boston Butt time! Bayou Academy Flatland Band sold 500 Boston Butts! Job well done kids! We gettin em on and gonna babysit em while they ride the smokey ferris wheel all night long!

Spent the end of the week across the big ditch in Hope, Arkansas at Pafford Medical Services corporate office for their annual fall cookout. Ribs and all the fixins were on the menu. Always a great time spent with these hard working employees!

Also - notice the surprise aprons the ones serving had on! Wowza! They looked 😍🤪😂
