Process some 🌞 "Brigthon" 🌞 Roses with me

These are actually Brighton roses, named for Brighton, England, where they were first developed. The label was mis-printed as "Brigthon", but there's enough flower variety names that make me question my ability to spell anything that I didn't even blink. Also, those scissors knew they would be needed... somehow ✂️👀

As one of the gentlest bunches I have ever processed (only one thorn!) I can understand why these deep yellow roses symbolize joy and optimism.

Hi Darling Buds!

Typically, Mother's Day or graduation or weddings would take top spot for mentions in May (and don't get us wrong, those were all fantastic), but what really is the highlight this month is a foster pup we have been taking care of! Meet Orla, a 1 year old pitt mix who is an absolute sweetheart 💛 We won't go into details here (we couldn't fit everything about her in the character limit anyways), but if you are interested in finding out more about Orla and being considered for adoption, please DM us or reach out through all the usual contacts. 🐾

🌼 Flower of the week: Coreopsis 🌼

You might have see patches of this lovely little flower driving along Highway 61. Native to most of North America, coreopsis are a favorite of pollinators and road-trippers alike. They love full sunlight and do well in poor soil conditions, so they'd make a good starter flower/plant for first time growers.

Some of our seed pops have coreopsis in them, swing by the shop and we'll point out which ones!
