Mango Panna Cotta 💛 Recipe BELOW. A naturally sweeted panna cotta recipe. We love this recipe as it makes a simple and easy chilled dessert. 💛💛💛

Recipe
Panna Cotta Ingredients:
-1 can coconut milk
-1 tbsp coconut condensed milk
-1 tbsp vegan creme fraiche - (the oatly version works well or you can use dairy-free yogurt as an alternative)
-1 tsp agar agar
-1 tsp vanilla essence

Mango Ingredients:
-150g frozen mangos
-1 tbsp dairy-free yogurt (optional)
-1 tsp turmeric powder (optional)

Method:
1. In a pan, heat coconut milk and coconut condensed milk.
2. Before the mixture starts to boil add the agar powder. Whisk the the agar powder into the coconut milk. Once the mixture boils, lower the heat and keep whisking for another minute.
3. Leave the mixture to sit and cool for 2 minutes but occasionally whisk to avoid it setting. You can add a drop of vanilla essence at this point.
4. Separate out 1/3 of the mixture and put it to the side.
5. Prepare your glass - pour the coconut mixture into the glass and set aside for at least 20-30 minutes. You can leave the mixture in the fridge to speed up the cooling process.
6. With the remaining coconut mixture, add it to the blender alongside the frozen mango, dairy-free yogurt, and optional turmeric powder.
7. Blend until smooth.
8. Pour the mixture on top of the panna cotta.
9. Leave in the fridge to cool and then enjoy with fruit.

Lemon, Cucumber, Mint + Starfruit Infused water 😋🌿🥒🍋 To make this refreshing water, all you need is:⁣⁣
INGREDIIENTS:⁣
1 small cucumber, sliced⁣
1 lemon, sliced⁣
1 star fruit, sliced⁣
1 handful of fresh mint, torn⁣
Water + ice⁣⁣
INSTRUCTIONS:⁣
1. Place cucumber, lemon, star fruit and mint into the bottom of a large pitcher. Fill with water and stir. Set aside to infused for 20 minutes or so.⁣
2. Before serving, stir and add a handful of ice. Enjoy!⁣⁣

Are you drinking enough water? 😀🍹🍹 As you know, my favorite way to help me drink more water is to add some fruit and herbs to a pitcher of water! Let it infuse for 20-30 minutes and then sip sip sip all day long! I also like to make the most of the fruit and herbs by refilling the pitcher a couple of times throughout the day! 😋👌 This one is Orange + Lemon Infused Water! The blood oranges give the water a beautiful pink-ish color, which I LOVE! 😀💖
