I am a wedding coordinator in the Weatherford area. I know you guys are scrambling, and super stressed! This is absolutely devastating for the owners of Covered Bridge as well as all of the couples!

I spent the day yesterday with the most beautiful couple and such a fun family!

Working with you these past months hasn’t been easy. Our schedules were always hectic but with some adjustments we made the dream happen. I am incredibly proud of these two! Their hard work showed through every detail and shone brightly on their faces throughout the entire day. I had so much fun being a part of their big day! The family (on both sides) were so helpful! One of my favorite parts of a wedding is watching everybody come together and they did just that and more. Everywhere I turned there was somebody there asking “wha can I help with?” From the parents to even the little cousins, they were all willing to step right in. I am truly honored to have spent my day with Sabrena and Miguel. I wish them both a lifetime of happiness, memories, and love.

Catering: Guanataco Express they made some BOMB street tacos and the presentation was beautiful! Then snacks and fruit were provided by the beautiful mother of the groom Patricia
Bartenders: On The Rocks Bartending, LLC such sweet ladies! They were on top of it all night long.
Hair/Make up: Amplified Beauty
Cake/Cupcakes: Chocolate Moose Cakery with the delicious cupcakes and perfect cake!
DJ and MC: Sanchez Entertainment with a great sound! They are bilingual and so awesome to work with. Easy to approach and take great pride in the party!

10/10 recommend these vendors!

I think it’s time to show the face behind Perfect Day Wedding Services and tell you a little about myself.

My names Hailey!
I have been coordinating weddings for about 3 years now. Perfect Day was started on a whim because I absolutely fell in love with the helping a couple navigate through the planning process and the magic in a wedding. Before I started, I found myself helping friends and family through their weddings and realizing I wasn’t able to fully enjoy myself because I was too worried about keeping the tea pitchers full or bussing tables for guests. Then started as helping a friend of a friend. Perfect Day is a “one pony show.” I have a strong work ethic, a take initiative kind of mentality, and the passion to just want to help!
So far, every couple that I have helped has turned into a friendship that I didn’t know that I needed. Even 2 years later I get texts asking how I am and how the family is. I LOVE THESE MESSAGES! knowing that I can truly make an impact is what drives me to the next wedding.

I have a wonderfully supportive husband and 3 amazing little boys. They keep me very busy! Perfect Day Wedding Services is my second job. My main job is a anesthesia/procesures veterinary technician at a specialty animal hospital. Which i absolutely love!

When you book with Perfect Day Wedding Services, you get a friend for life! You get somebody that will give you their whole heart on your day. Yes, I tear up with every “I do,” first dance, and special dances. They just move me, and make so incredibly happy for a couple that I had just met! You book a real person that will fight for you and stand in your corner when you need it. Do you have an important decision or struggling with the stress of planning? Girl, text me! I am very particular about the jobs that I take, to make sure that I can be there 100% for you. Despite having another job and 3 boys in sports, I don’t let it affect my performance working a wedding. That’s why require a meeting before even a contract is signed. I want to be open and up front with you and listen to your expectations. Truthfully, I have declined a few jobs because I would not be able to be there like you deserve. Trust and transparency is so important to me!

What an absolute perfect way to start the new year! This week we traveled out of town to the BEAUTIFUL Chapel Gruene in New Branfels, Texas. This venue is stunning and their staff were so helpful and easy to work with!

It was an honor to coordinate their wedding. So far? They hold the trophy for easiest wedding. Bailey and Andrew quite literally gave me step by step instructions, despite not having to. Plus, these two have an army of incredible family and friends there to help with the drop of a hat! I enjoyed spending time with all of their family and friends and getting to know them. This is the couple to watch in 2026, they’re going places and going to do great things! I can’t wait to see what’s in store for them!
