I remember one Halloween a regular customer came in ( we did not know he had lost his job)
My aunt caught him stealing a child's costume.
Not only did my aunt Yvonne Bernard give this man the costume she gave him work for the holiday

Many of you may have started out your love for magic, clowning, theater, makeup artistry due to the endless amount of time my mom and her staff would give to all the customers to make sure they could learn as much as they could about what they were passionate for.

This Woman!!! Kathleen Hackett allegedly the owner (lie) of Budget Rent a Car on Ulmerton in Largo is by far THE worst employee, manager, owner I have EVER witnessed!!
First off, we rented a small Toyota Camry or something similar for gas mileage purposes. We were given a Honda SUV. The SUV had shameful gas mileage.
Secondly, there were no mats in the car which was ridiculous on her part considering we were going into snow and she knew this.
Thirdly, the rear view mirror fell off while driving, there were dents all over, and pieces popping off and out everywhere in this SUV which was supposed to be brand new.
LASTLY, we detail the car before returning. One, because we’re kind and that’s what you’re supposed to do. Two, because they charge you if you don’t.
We return with the car, go inside the office and Adam starts to discuss with the lady behind the counter (the lady pictured) all the issues with the SUV. She is simultaneously answering phone calls and lashing out to customers on the phone cussing and screaming and yelling. She returns to our conversation. She offers $25 as a discount says that’s as much as she can do. He then apologizes she has been sick and tries to diffuse her. He then mentions the gas mileage in a kind and respectful way addressing her as ma’am. She then says “FINE, I’ll give you $50 back but that’s it!!”
He says that’s fine. She then demands he leave the office immediately. He replied I just need my receipt. She screams at the top of her lungs “GET OUT OF MY OFFICE OR I’M CALLING THE COPS!!!” He replies “are you serious?” She starts cursing and yelling as he walks out. We wait outside for the receipt. She then comes out of the office building throwing her hands up in the air threatening us to get off the property or she’s calling the cops.
Cussing us out!!!
We leave.
We research the reviews they have a 2 ⭐️ EVERY SINGLE complaint is about her and cussing people out.
I researched sun biz she is NOT the owner.
Kathleen Hackett needs some therapy I’ve never seen such an angry, violent, and emotionally juvenile female. Especially in some sort of position in a company.
