Hearing about this new Blu-Ray release of "Devil Doll" (1964; a Tampa Bay Screams Creature Feature favorite) which includes restored footage containing a newly-unearthed n**e scene (hopefully, it wasn't Hugo!). Unforgettable film - a horror classic. If you love it too, comment below. Starring Bryant Halliday (The Projected Man, Curse of the Voodoo, Tower of Evil), William Sylvester (Gorgo, 2001: A Space Odyssey), and Yvonne Romain (Curse of the Werewolf, Night Creatures/Captain Clegg). A cast (and dummy!) to die for. This set also includes "Curse of the Voodoo". Release by our friends at Vinegar Syndrome. Respect.

Congratulations to actress and producer Krista Grotte Saxon for an amazing, informative Distributor Model Workshop seminar at the Sunscreen Film Festival this morning (4/26/25). The audience was packed and the attendees learned so much about the process of distributing independent feature films, based on the real-world industry experience of Krista and the Filmmaker Berserk team. Tampa Bay Screams had the chance to join Krista and Berserker Brick at the official Filmmaker Berserk table. Such great, talented people stopped by to learn more about the course. If you are at Sunscreen, Krista, an award-winner herself, will be presenting the "Best Actress" award during tonight's ceremonies.

We received news that Lar Park Lincoln has passed away at age 63, she portrayed "Tina" in "Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood", was in the "Freddy's Nightmares" TV show, and the horror-comedy "House II: The Second Story." She was also very active in doing appearances at horror conventions. God Bless Lar Park Lincoln and may her memory be eternal.

We wanted to take a moment to remember famed game show host Wink Martindale, who passed away on April 15 of this year, 2025, at age 91. 1970's-era kids remember him most for the game show Tic-Tac-Dough. He was also host of the '70s era game show, Gambit. Here he is with director Fred Olen Ray from the cast party/screening of "Holiday Road Trip" in which Wink played himself. Wink and his wife Sandy were good friends with Elvis Presley. Sandy used to date him. More cult TV movie roles include: Mars Patrol, Let's Rock, The Lively Set, Mike Douglas Show appearance (1975), Tattle Tales (game show), Password Plus, Dinah! and more. God Bless Wink Martindale, and may his memory be eternal.

RIP Wink Martindale. 91 years. I don't say this lightly when I tell you Wink was ne of the nicest people I ever worked with. He and his wife were always super friendly. They came to the cast and crew wrap party and even the private screening for the show we did together, HOLIDAY ROAD TRIP. He was the coolest...

(Debbie Reynolds, Shelley Winters, Dennis Weaver, Pamelyn Ferdin), "Daddy's Gone A-Hunting" (psychological thriller with screenplay by Larry Cohen and Lorenzo Semple, Jr., 1969), and finally, "Sudden Terror" aka "Eyewitness" a thriller from 1970 with Mark Lester ("Oliver!") and Susan George.

Did anyone happen to see a giant meteor or fireball in the eastern sky tonight at 8:54 PM Eastern time this would be from the Tampa Bay area of Florida looking east. I’ve never seen anything like that before! It looked like the martian fireballs smashing to earth at the beginning of War of the Worlds.
