✨One thing I’m always double checking before guests arrive… the chair count at every table 👏🏼

Things can easily get moved around throughout setup, so I make it a point to continually check the tables and make sure the chairs match my paperwork before the event begins. The smallest details can make the biggest difference, and the last thing we want is a guest without a seat 😊

Congrats to Kennley and Robert 💗✨

On May 2nd, we experienced Mother Nature at its finest. We made the call to move the ceremony up by an hour… and of course, the storms rolled in even earlier. In the moment, I had to make the safest decision for everyone—guests and vendors—so we brought the ceremony inside.

And just like that, by 7pm, the skies cleared and they still got their beautiful sunset photos 🌅 I kept the bamboo arch set up so they could have those dreamy beach wedding shots they envisioned.

A perfect reminder that even when plans change, the magic still finds its way 💫
