Some of you may have seen that we changed up our fb posts to include some new fancy lettering. That is the new lettering for our, (DRUM ROLL PLEASE), custom built Spud Trailer!! Is being built and should be in service by the middle of July. It will better accommodate our needs and will look awesome. And it will allow us to prep and cook on site, as well as tailor our menu to customer needs.
Keep an eye out for updated pics and our "Grand Opening" somewhere.
And yes, it is Spud Bus purple!
We have some new additions to the menu and can't wait to unveil them once we get it up and running.

​We’ve been thinking... our floor is way too big to stay empty on the weeknights. We want to bring Line Dancing to Premier Wedding and Event Center, but we want to build it for YOU.
