Tillys Clover is located about 10 miles south of Utica, NY just off of route 8. Tillys was the former Black Cherry Hollow and White Acres ski center, most recently owned by St. Keith and Susan purchased Tillys in 2014 and meticulously restored the building. The ceilings are beautiful wood and beams, both downstairs and upstairs. Upstairs is an open and spacious with a cathedral ceiling decorated w

ith 14 chandeliers. A custom cherry wood bar compliments the new oak flooring and double sided fireplace. Downstairs has tiled floors throughout. It has a big entry, commercial kitchen, a spacious room to accommodate 45 people with a fireplace. Rest rooms are on both floors. Outside has a covered porch with a path that leads to a large pavilion and can seat up to 200 people. The grounds are surrounded by almost 40 acres of private woods owned by Tillys Clover.
