Some people need therapy… I just need an empty venue and a few hours to decorate. 🤍✨

There’s something about taking a blank space and turning it into something beautiful that completely resets my soul. Moving tables, choosing linens, arranging centerpieces, adding the little details, and watching an entire vision come together—it’s my happy place.

Decorating Wedding Belles Barn isn’t just part of my job. It’s my creative outlet, my stress relief, and quite honestly… the only therapy I need.

There’s just something incredibly satisfying about standing back when it’s finished and thinking, “Yep… that’s beautiful.”

And then I tear it all down and start dreaming about the next one. 🤍

A day-of coordinator is so important because the couple, their family, and their wedding party should be enjoying the wedding—not running it.

A coordinator becomes the point person for the entire day. They keep the timeline moving, communicate with vendors, make sure the ceremony and reception spaces are ready, cue important moments, answer questions, troubleshoot problems, and handle the dozens of little things happening behind the scenes.

Even with months of careful planning, weddings rarely go exactly according to plan. A vendor may arrive late, weather can change, décor may need adjusting, the ceremony may run behind, or someone may not know where they’re supposed to be. A good coordinator handles those situations quietly so the couple often never even knows there was a problem.

For Wedding Belles Barn specifically, coordination is an especially valuable part of what we offer because we are not simply handing couples the keys to a venue. We are helping them throughout the planning journey, assisting with their timeline, setting up their décor, coordinating the wedding day, and tearing everything down afterward. Couples can choose their own vendors or add vendors through you for a more all-inclusive experience.

The biggest benefit is simple: you only get one wedding day. You shouldn’t have to manage it while you’re trying to experience it.
