As we look toward our next chapter, weād like to introduce The House on Barber Mill to a broader audience.
Many of you know this property as a place where people have gathered to celebrate, connect, learn, and create lasting memories. Restoring this 1910 farmhouse and sharing it with our community has truly been a labor of love, and weāre incredibly grateful to everyone who has been part of its story.
The House on Barber Mill is available for sale or lease.
While many know the property for its events, weāve always believed its future could be even broader. With mixed-use zoning, a beautifully restored farmhouse, a gourmet kitchen, private upstairs apartment, multiple outbuildings, and three acres just outside Raleigh, the possibilities extend far beyond what weāve created here.
Whether envisioned as a distinctive private residence, a live/work property, a wealth advisory firm, nonprofit headquarters, creative studio, retreat or training center, boutique hospitality concept, or another business looking for a space with character, flexibility, and room to grow, this property offers a rare opportunity to make it your own.
Our hope is simple: that the next owner sees the same potential we saw years ago and continues building something meaningful here.
If you know someone looking for a truly unique property with endless possibilities, weād be grateful if youād share this post.
