Getting a few sweet licks from 6-week-old Dandelion. Her licking is a form of social bonding. It is how she shows affection and trust.

Everyone at the farm is sad to announce that the BEST EASTER PARTY EVER is cancelled due to the forecast of rain. If you already bought tickets, you will be refunded. We do this party annually the Saturday before Easter. We hope you will join us next year.

CUDDLE A COW DAY is our next event. We will announce the date soon. We are just waiting for the babies to be born. :)

April 4th from 1:00-4:00 at our farm. Satolah Creek Farm. There will be so much to do for all ages - an epic Easter egg hunt, 🐣 bounce house, corn hole and other lawn games. Then relax in the shade by the pond and enjoy watching the happenings on this beautiful farm. It is a heartwarming way to spend a spring afternoon. 🌸🌼🌺

Our farm, Satolah Creek Farm, was just featured in the travel section of Simply Buckhead! The farm is a wonderful, relaxing get-a-way.

My husband, my parents and I bought the property in 1988 and started restoring the turn of the century farm and added pottery and woodworking studios. For our daughter's wedding we added a beautiful Carriage House and Reception Hall.

There is guest lodging at the farm too. We have two houses now and two more will be finished in a few months. Each house is tucked across our 50-acre farm and all guests get to interact with our friendly animals.

CARRIAGE HOUSE: An elegant retreat with a fireplace and porch overlooking the meadow and pond. Sleeps 4-6

BLACKBERRY HOUSE: A cozy forest home with a wrap-aroud porch, swings, playroom and fire pit. Sleeps 10+

GARDEN HOUSE: A charming three story farmhouse overlooking flower and vegetable gardens. Sleeps up to 10

RIDGE HOUSE: A three-level log home with a dramatic glass wall with forest and mountain views. Sleeps 6-10

The farm feels like a fairytale. Miniature Highland cows, friendly donkeys, horses, ducks and the farm dog welcome guests. While here you can wander the meadows, visit with the animals, fish in the pod, explore quiet woodland trails, or try hands-on class in pottery, fused glass, folk art or walking stick making.

“The animals were the stars of our wedding! ❤️”
So said bride Samantha Cecil after her celebration at the farm. Below, Daisy the cow seems just as enchanted with Samantha’s flowers.

Here, the animals join the celebration. Donkeys in flower crowns welcome guests, Bart the gentle Clydesdale carries couples to the ceremony in a white carriage, and a meadow of miniature Highland cows creates a magical background for vows and photos alike.

It is a good thing I have TWO hands! One for each cow. The sweet, little, heifer calf was born three weeks ago. The larger cow, Ruby, is going to give birth in a couple of months. I think she is starting to feel motherly, because she keeps grooming the calf. Guests to the farm get to interact with all of our sweet animals.
