Chipotle Smokehouse Burger Drizzle Jar
I created this sauce when I wanted a smoky burger topping with a little kick. The chipotle, spices, and creamy base come together in minutes and add bold flavor to burgers, sandwiches, and wraps.
Ingredients
180 ml mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon chipotle peppers in adobo, finely minced
1 tablespoon adobo sauce
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon lime juice
Pinch black pepper
Directions
1. Add mayonnaise and sour cream to a mixing bowl.
2. Stir in minced chipotle peppers and adobo sauce.
3. Add ketchup, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, lime juice, and black pepper.
4. Mix until smooth and fully combined.
5. Transfer the sauce to a clean glass jar.
6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
