Well… this week’s Takeaway menu is a little shorter than usual, and before anyone starts screaming… let me explain!
Between a huge groundbreaking ceremony Tuesday at 8a for Ascension St. Thomas, a corporate Summer soirée in Nashville Thursday for 150, an engagement party Saturday and a 150-guest wedding the same day at a remote venue, the catering side has decided to remind us who pays the bills. So we trimmed the Takeaway menu rather than disappear completely.
Truth be told… we hate abbreviated menus. It’s going to take a lot more than a couple charcuterie displays and small parties to shut us down, if we can feed the community… we will. So while it’s a little leaner this week, the lights are still on, the grills are hot, and the Casejunkies are still getting fed.
Next week we’ll be back to our regularly scheduled overcommitting. 💛
