You asked. You hinted. You “accidentally” brought it up in unrelated conversations in the lobby.

So… we made a batch.

Our Southwest Chicken Salad has quietly developed a bit of a cult following, and after months away, it’s back in the case.

All white meat chicken tossed with black beans, sweet corn, a smoky adobo mayo, and Southwest seasonings. It’s equally dangerous on a croissant, with cheesy crackers or… eaten straight from the container while standing in the kitchen at 10pm. It happens.

No pre-orders, no holds… Hunger Games it. We will toss about 10 lbs in the extra coolers at both the Bakery and the Shop! When it’s gone… it’s probably gone for a while again.

Ok so you probably noticed, or maybe you didn’t… we left our typical 32oz Pasta Salad off the menu this week. Was it intentional, was it a mistake? We’re not going to split hairs but when Nicholas emerged from the kitchen with this one staff uttered… “Oh, you’ve got to run this one every week!”

🇮🇹 All the flavors of that classic Jersey Sub… Cavatappi pasta with mozzarella, pepper jack, pepperoni, ham, salami, banana pepper, tomato, celery and Italian seasonings in a creamy vinegar grinder mayo!
