I had the pleasure of officiating an elopement ceremony for Stephanie and D**g yesterday. It was perfect in every way.

When I had my initial meeting with them I could feel the love through our video call and knew I wanted to help them start the next chapter of their lives.

Congrats to you Mr. and Mrs. Tran, even though this sweet girl stole the show ✨

I got the call that this sweet couple needed a coordinator at the last minute on Saturday morning due to circumstances out of their control.

I was absolutely hesitant to take on a wedding so last minute… if you know my type A personality then you know why 😂

The good lord told me to do this one, and I’m so glad I listened. I would’ve sincerely missed out on a sweet and precious couple and family if I had said no. 💕

It’s been a busy couple of days getting them ready for their wedding happening this weekend, but we’re going to pull it off in a big way!

We will now be offering line dance instruction as an add on package led by owner, Kelsey Johnson.

She does the Macarena, the wobble, and can go deep into the early 2000s archive and teach dance moves like the butterfly, tootsie roll, and stanky leg.

For a small fee, you too can have the ultimate vibe on your big day.

Tomorrow my dad will be having open heart surgery after spending the last week in the hospital.

I will be out of office for the next 48 hours and will be slow to reply to any inquiries or other requests. I will still be working on admin and timeline related things for May weddings in between keeping up with whatever he may need.

This is Kayla, the newest member of the team. She may be fresh but she’s feisty and has jumped in head first!

With a passion for creating unforgettable experiences and a keen eye for detail, Kayla is eager to bring fresh ideas and energy to every event we plan. Having worked in the public sector for almost 10 years, she brings experience coordinating a wide variety of events from social gatherings to large business conferences. Kayla has always wanted to work in the wedding industry, and is excited to make that dream come true!

Outside of work, Kayla enjoys spending time with her husband, Tosh, and their two young sons, Brantley (7) and Jameson (3).

Kayla is getting broken into her first busy season starting this week! We’re lucky to have her.

Before joining the team, Nina spent 10 years planning and managing inventories for private companies. In the last few years, Nina has been working in the fitness industry as she raises her family with her husband. Her enthusiasm and attention to detail has brought success through her years of planning and managing events. Nina is committed to ensuring every couple’s vision becomes a reality. When Nina isn’t working, she spends time with her children, husband and their 2 golden retrievers.

Nina and Anna are the Dynamic Duo and a force to be reckoned with. These two tackle events without me and do it without a hitch!
