Good morning everyone!! I know it’s been a long time since we have posted anything. But between farming full time, Tashney starting a new full time job, and of course life with 5 kids we have been very busy!!

We unfortunately missed the opportunity to provide cheese for Thanksgiving but……

We are offering smoked cheeses for your Christmas and New Year’s Eve gatherings. We will doing these as preorder only. Since the cheese has to cure for at least 3 weeks after smoking the cutoff to order is November 30th(this Saturday).
The list of available cheeses are below. You can order individual cheeses by the block and mix and match, Or if cannot decide can order the sampler pack. If sampler pack is too much and cannot decide we will have a half sampler with the most popular cheeses. Colby Jack, cheddar, Gouda, Mozzarella, Pepper Jack, and Sharp cheddar for $15.

Smoked cream cheeses are available as well. Cream cheese does not have to age so we will do another batch of those between Christmas and New Year’s so if ordering specify which holiday you are wanting that for. We are always looking to try new flavors of cream cheese so if have any suggestions please let us know and we will see what we can do.

Orders must be messaged to us and not just commented on this post. We don’t want to miss anyone’s orders. Pickup can be scheduled the week before Christmas. Or between Christmas and New years for cream cheese for new years.

We have tried a new cheese as well, whole milk mozzarella. It is a softer, creamer cheese.
Perfect pizzas, appetizers, and caprese salad. Can be ordered by the block for $2.50 each.

The smoked cream cheeses are available as well.

It’s been a while since we have posted and we apologize for that. But there is a good reason…
We are working on becoming fully certified food vendor in Montgomery county. We hope this will open some opportunities to have our products more available at locations as well as cater events.
With me farming, Tashney working, and raising 5 kids, this is a slower process as I cannot focus 100 percent of my time on it. We hope that we can get this done soon and be ready to offer you our products. Thanks for the patience on this and hope to reconnect with everyone soon.

We have been asked about this phrase on our shirts and menus. I believe this is a clear explanation. It is a reminder to us that Jesus came for ALL of us and his death on the cross paid the price for our sins. And his resurrection beat death so we would have eternal life. Taking orders for Super Bowl parties. Items will be ready for you to rewarm up at home ahead of your party( don’t worry we will give instructions). All orders must be placed by end of day February 8th to give us time to prepare your orders. Pick up will be at our place on Sunday the 13th between 12 and 5. Please direct message us your order.

Please note no smoked cheese available this round. It takes 3 weeks to cure after smoking and I didn’t get a batch done. Thanks for understanding

Pulled pork and chicken are great for sliders, nachos, or quesadillas.
Shrimp can be enjoyed cold or rewarmed.
Meatballs are great plain or mixed with your favorite sauce
Wings are dry seasoned and can be used used with your favorite sauce after rewarming
Ribs are dry rubbed and can be sauced with your favorite bbq sauce during rewarming.

Pit beans and Mac cheese great sides with your appetizers or addition to your meal
Enjoy any of the quesos with chips are tortillas
Unfortunately smoked cheese ISN’T AVAILABLE THIS ROUND
Cream cheese can be enjoyed with crackers or pita chips.

Fire management is key to great BBQ. It takes a piece of wood about every 30 minutes to maintain steady temperature. Smoker has been running since 10 am Friday morning. We are restocking inventory of pulled pork and pulled chicken. Chicken will be limited unfortunately due to difficulty sourcing meat.

Message us if you would like to order. Meat will be in 1 lb vacuum sealed bags ready for you rewarm at home.
