Need someone to build, fix, patch, haul, rig, troubleshoot, or magically make something work again? Yep…Bobby.

He’s our maintenance man, electrician, painter, plumber, carpenter, problem solver, and our professional “figure-it-outer,” all rolled into one.

Some goodbyes just hit a little harder….and this is definitely one of them.🥲

Sean, our incredible Sous Chef, joined us six years ago, while still in high school, stepping into his very first (and only) job — and quickly became an invaluable part of the heart of Glen-Ella Springs.

From day one, he brought a quiet determination and a passion for his craft that never went unnoticed. Having a front-row seat to his journey and the dedication he pours into everything he does has been an absolute privilege.

Now, at just 22, he’s heading off to MAINE to take on an incredible new opportunity!! We couldn’t be more proud of him — even if it makes this goodbye a tough one.

Sean, your strong work ethic, incredible talent, & kind spirit will be deeply missed around here. The impact you’ve made, both in the kitchen and beyond, is nothing short of something truly special. You left your mark in more ways than you probably realize, and it won’t be same without you.

We’re so grateful to have been part of your story, and we can’t wait to see where this next chapter takes you. Praying for mass acceleration on all of God’s promises for you & wishing you nothing but success, happiness, and all the incredible things you deserve & have worked so hard for!🙏🏼
