AGB is seeking talented individuals to join our team for the upcoming wedding season. We are looking for 3-4 men or women who possess a positive, customer-focused attitude with a goal of providing our guests with a 5-star experience at our venue. Our ideal candidate will have a servant-oriented personality, be a team player, and demonstrate a strong work ethic with the ability to think proactively. No prior experience is necessary. Applicants will work closely with our Venue Coordinator on the day of events. A typical day will involve working 8-10 hour shifts. We welcome college students who are looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry or seeking summer income. We offer paid internships and have established partnerships with Kent State, Thiel, Grove City, and Westminster Colleges. Interested students should contact our Venue Coordinator to inquire about internship opportunities. We also encourage teachers seeking summer or weekend employment to apply. We aim to hire 1-2 teachers to fill our available positions. To schedule an interview and learn more, please contact Lexi or Jay. Our starting hourly rate is $15.
