Happy birthday to our owner and operator, Brian Treat! Yesterday was Brian’s birthday. We are so thankful for his encouragement, commitment to excellence, integrity, servant leadership, the time he invests in each one of us and the systems he’s created to help us grow.
Last week was also National Bosses Day and we have the best senior leadership team around!

Our Executive Director, Andrew, leads with joyful enthusiasm and careful attention to details while developing others.
Our Kitchen and Facilities Director, Jose, leads by example and raises the bar for what can be accomplished while making work fun!
Our HR and Steward Director, Christina, leads with compassion to guide our younger team while leading with consistent results and reduced waste.
Our Marketing and Events Director (and Brian’s wife), Jane, leads with enthusiasm and drive. The team of professionals she works with: Jesi and Candace are top notch and help to create meaningful memories for our guests and team.

Carly, who leads our drive thru and schedules the front teams, helps to model excellence and leads with drive for continual growth and improvement.
Ben, who leads our compliance, food safety and food quality teams as well as our training teams leads with a listening ear and incredible knowledge of all things Chick-fil-A - pushing us to new levels of consistency.
