Happy Labor Day Weekend from the City of Claremore!

In observance of the holiday, all City offices will be closed on Monday, September 1, 2025. We will reopen and resume normal business hours on Tuesday, September 2.

🚛 Refuse collection will not be affected — all routes will run as scheduled.

Please also note: this week’s City Council Meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 2 at 6:00 p.m.

Just a little FAQ for this weekend's event, Tunes & Spoons Chili Cook Off:
-Parking: Yes, it is paid. $20 to park here at the Expo with other designated paid parking areas with shuttles available from the further parking areas to the Expo.
-YOU CAN BRING YOUR LAWN CHAIRS for the concert!
-All of the events are FREE - unless you want to purchase VIP tickets which can be purchased on their website, https://www.tunesandspoonschilifest.com/ and that will also detail what is included in that VIP Purchase.
-There are vendors inside/outside of the Expo to enjoy. Along with a car show on Saturday morning.
-There will be various food and beverage vendors onsite.
