The arch that started it all. When an acquaintance approached me and inquired if I knew how to create a balloon arch, I replied that I did not, but it could not be that difficult. I conducted research online, watched videos, and consulted with my husband. He measured the necessary length and built my first stand, which I still utilize four years later. We worked diligently until 3 am the night before Relay for Life 2021, inflating 300 balloons. We loaded the truck and my SUV to maximum capacity, leaving only the driver's seat unoccupied. We set up the stand and began twisting the balloons, completing the 25-foot arch in three hours. A few weeks later, the same acquaintance informed me that she had been asked about the arch and inquired if I could create one for a birthday celebration. This led to the establishment of what was supposed to be a partnership , which quickly gained traction. I devoted hours to watching videos on various balloon brands, attachment methods, and design styles. Although my initial partnership eventually came to an end, I continued to pursue my passion. In the fall of 2023, I established Southern Sass Events. The year 2024 served as a testament to my dedication and perseverance. In 2025, my business has experienced significant growth, and I am grateful for the loyalty of my customers, friends, and family. Without their support, I would not be where I am today, chasing my dream of entrepreneurship. I continue to learn and strive to provide the highest quality party decor.

I strive to be accommodating with regard to payments, recognizing that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, effective communication is essential in resolving any issues that may arise. Due to recent instances of non-payment, I will be implementing a $75 retainer fee to cover materials, which will be applied to the final payment. Furthermore, a terms of service agreement will be required. I regret having to take these measures, but it is necessary to ensure the sustainability of my business while maintaining the high quality of my work. Thank you of your support and understanding.
