Coordinator Team Member
Perfect for someone looking to gain experience and grow into a Lead Coordinator role. Event, wedding, corporate, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.

Design Crew Team Members (2 Openings)
Ideal for creatives, former brides, or anyone wanting to break into the wedding and event industry with a passion for styling, decor, and installations.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Professional, polished, and team-oriented attitude
Weekend, evening, and occasional Friday availability
Ability to work long hours on your feet in fast-paced environments
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

This is a contract-based / part-time position where you choose your own shifts and availability. We provide training, support, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within the industry. Several past team members have grown into Lead Coordinators and even started businesses of their own.

We believe in growth, collaboration, creativity, fun, and always putting our couples first.

✨ 10 Years of Love, Growth & Celebrations ✨

This year marks a major milestone for us — 10 incredible years in the wedding planning industry! 💍 And what better way to celebrate than by pouring back into the next generation of wedding professionals?

We’re beyond excited to officially launch our in-person masterclass series: The Aisle Master 🎓

Our very first masterclass was a huge success, bringing together 18 passionate wedding planners, coordinators, and venue coordinators for a hands-on, high-energy learning experience. From role-playing a full ceremony rehearsal to relay races setting up table décor and place settings (yes, it got competitive 😄), to mastering boutonniere pinning and so much more — it was a day full of real skills, real growth, and real fun.

This is what it’s all about: learning, laughing, and leading the way in this beautiful industry.

And we’re just getting started… 👀

What started as a vision has grown into something so much bigger than we ever imagined. And this year, in honor of that journey, we chose to do something bold… something meaningful… something that truly reflects who we are at our core.

We opened the doors.

We pulled back the curtain.

We invited others in.

The very first Aisle Masterclass was more than just a class—it was an experience. A space where knowledge met real, hands-on learning. Where questions were welcomed, creativity was sparked, and confidence began to take root.
