Wedding planner tip

When creating your seating chart or es**rt card display, organize names alphabetically instead of by table number.

It may seem like a small detail, but it keeps guests moving smoothly and prevents long lines or confusion during cocktail hour.

If guests have to search through 20+ table sections to find their name, things can get chaotic fast. Alphabetical order makes the process quicker, easier, and creates a better overall guest experience.

Sometimes the smallest logistics make the biggest difference 🤍

If you have ever thought " I love the space at 21c for our intimate ceremony , but I'm worried about the art change out that happens every year." then this is for you.

When we walked the space for M + S, they loved the gallery floor that the weddings are hosted on. And at the time of the tour, this room was empty with no art in sight. They mentioned there would be a change out of the art before their wedding, knowing we'll need to come back and see what that art piece would be

When we did a re-walk of the space to see what the new art was that would be hanging during their ceremony, it was something that shocked us. It was a piece out of their " Fragile Figures: Beings and Time". The piece featured a central human figure gazing directly at the viewer, wearing an elaborate, textured Elizabeth-style neck ruff in a hyper realistic style. It was a great piece for cocktail hour, but not for the ceremony it's self. So we put a game plan together with drapery and statue head vases to bring in that creative art touch to the room.

After the Ceremony, we moved the drapery to the reception to tie the evening together.
