I love when clients give me creative control 😍 only requirements- no meat & a mix of brunch/ dinner options. I went with Fried Green Tomatoes w a Cajun aioli, Crab Stuffed mushrooms, loaded Lobster & Crab Grits, Fried Catfish, Roasted Broccolini with a Truffle Aioli, Sautéed Asparagus, Black Eye Pea Salad & Broccoli Casserole.
