This 117-year old factory building in the heart of the Northside neighborhood in Cincinnati, Ohio. Originally known as Parks Machine Tool, the building has been reimagined as “The Factory". The upper level hosts 12 working studios that are home to a wide variety of users including photographers, designer, fabric artists, architects and painters. Fall 2019 will bring the completion of The Factory Events, a 4,000+SF historic venue with a beautifully curated private courtyard. The venue will be Northside’s first formal space offering bar service, valet, and a prep kitchen.
