Goat yoga was all that we dreamed it would be and more! We fueled our bodies with a healthy luncheon from , and practiced some meditative breathwork to practice anywhere, anytime to center ourselves and remain calm while getting stressed. We practiced some easy yoga poses we could do at the desk or at home. And we topped off the wellness meeting with smiles and pictures with baby goats! Thanks so much to all who attended and to for hosting and for leading the program.
