Things to Know: (All Sales are Final)

Weather: Ohio weather can be tricky even in the summer months and we completely understand that, in the event due to bad weather we can rescheduled your picnic to another date of your choice if the date is available within 14Day time frame.

Soirée by she does not set up in the rain (Non negotiable )

If you do not wish to reschedule, please contact us 4 hours prior to booking time & we can discuss setting up your picnic in an indoor location. If no contact regarding location change , your booking is a forced reschedule.

Picnic Time :
All picnics have 2 hours included for their reservation. Afterwards, each hour is an $50 (ea. Hr)

CANCELLATION POLICY?
Any cancellation (not including inclement weather) will result in the loss of payment. (NON-Negotiable)

Food:
Food is not Included in packages but can be added to your package for additional cost . SOIRÉE’s by She offer Charcuterie Boards, Sweet Treats (Dolce Treats) & Chef Options.

More things to Know: you are always more the welcome To bring any food or snacks to any picnic package.

Alcohol:
We do not provide alcoholic drinks. Ohio has strict ordinances against public drinking. We are not responsible for guests actions, fines, or liability during and after your picnic.

Travel Fee:
Soirée’s by she is located right in Cincinnati, OH and provide Picnics within a 25 mile radius of the surround area if any event outside of the 25 miles radius will be in invoice a $50+ delivery fee

Clean Up:
*Delivery/Setup/Clean-up comes with each package just sit back and enjoy your time with Soireesbyshe !

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a response . Please understand Your DATE is NOT secured without a payment/deposit . If YOU RECEIVE a payment message you have 24 hours to pay or your date will be cancelled . I cannot hold dates.

I do not accept last minute appts (anything less than 5 days of desired date is last min.) for example , you can inquire 7 days before desired date but a payment has to be made within that two day window of the 5 day deadline . Anything after , date will be released.
