Fun fact: The Palomar was named for the design in our front-facing window. During restoration, we felt that this shape is reminiscent of a palomar knot, one of the strongest and most reliable. We think the two interlocking infinity symbols and the strength they represent is a fitting symbol for the couples that 'tie the knot' with us at The Palomar ❤️🪢
