Every group interaction is a dance of words, gestures, and unspoken understandings. For me, it’s been about connecting without overstepping. Small talk? Sure. But, delving too deep? Perhaps, another time.
Gender has never been a barrier. Men or women, if there's a business agenda, the conversation flows seamlessly. Yet, the real magic for me happens in smaller gatherings. I lay out my thoughts, and then? I let the floor take over.
But, perfection? Far from it. Active listening is my Achilles' heel, but recognizing it is the first step towards improvement. The world has so many stories, so many lessons, and I'm tuning in, one conversation at a time.
Interacting with people from myriad backgrounds has been enlightening. Language barriers are mere hiccups when technology comes to the rescue.
Through every conversation, the journey of self-improvement continues.
