Independent Wedding Officiants Wanted — New York State
Magical Wedding CNY is expanding! After serving couples throughout Central New York, we’re looking to grow our officiant team and bring our personalized ceremony services to couples across New York State.
We’re looking for professional, reliable, and warm-hearted wedding officiants who are excited to share our vision and be part of our team.
💒 What You’ll Do
Perform wedding ceremonies written and prepared by Magical Wedding CNY
Deliver the ceremony professionally and warmly while representing our brand
Communicate with us regarding ceremony details and logistics
Provide an exceptional experience for each couple
✨ What We Require
Must be legally ordained and able to legally perform weddings in New York State
Must provide ordination documentation
Must provide a Letter of Good Standing from your ordaining church or organization
Professional appearance and demeanor
Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to assigned wedding locations
Excellent communication and public-speaking skills
A genuine desire to help couples have a meaningful wedding experience
💰 Compensation
Varies based on wedding ceremony location.
You’ll receive the completed ceremony from Magical Wedding CNY, so you can focus on what you do best: connecting with the couple and delivering a beautiful, memorable ceremony.
📸 Help Us Introduce You
As part of joining our team, we’ll ask you to provide:
Your general service area/location
A professional headshot
A short bio
Your information will be featured on the Magical Wedding CNY website and in our marketing materials so couples can learn more about the officiants available in their area.
🗺️ Help Us Bring Magical Weddings Across New York
We’re especially interested in officiants located outside of Central New York who can help us expand our reach into new markets throughout New York State.
