We also sell to florists. Please reach out- we look forward to helping! All of our flowers are grown on our farm in Churchville, MD. We do not spray any synthetic chemicals or use synthetic fertilizers on our flowers. We encourage all the beneficial insects and strive for the most sustainable practices. Would you ever think this stunning bloom would stink?! It smells terrible! I was so taken aback the first time I stuck my nose in it thinking I was going to get that amazing peony smell 🤧

For what she lacks in scent she makes up for in beauty. 💓🌸

I have learned a thing or 2 since I began growing flowers and screwing up countless times. So here’s a tip- one I wrote down last year bc even though I knew better I still learned the hard way!
📣 Mulch your garden!

Mulching:
Protects the soil and all the living biology in it
Retains moisture
Aaaanndd
W**d prevention!!
I don’t like w**d mat, I’ve had my fair share of w**d barrier headaches. I love mulching w arborist chips. Mulched leaves work great too! Pine needles, wool…many things!

I was outside w a head lamp on, 2 nights ago, cutting as much as I could like a race against the frost 🙃.

A lot of the dahlias had already been burned but I did get some and even the damaged ones I found to be pretty. One last hoorah 🌼 🌺 ❄️ 🪾🧤🧣
