The Gardeners Daughter We are a small hobby farm turned flower farm that grows many varieties of perennial and annual flowers. We offer DIY flowers for special occasions.

Our mission here at the gardeners daughter is to find meaning in the simple pleasures of life and to inspire and bring joy to others with our flowers. All of our flowers are grown on our farm in Churchville, MD. We do not spray any synthetic chemicals or use synthetic fertilizers on our flowers. We encourage all the beneficial insects and strive for the most sustainable practices. We sell seasonal

My first harvest of the dahlias and they were part of someone’s wedding this weekend 🧡 Wondering how you can have dahlias in June, especially early June, as these have been blooming since the first week? The not so big secret is to leave them in the ground over winter. I’m happy to share more about that process.
And check out this bells of Ireland! It’s 3+ ft tall! My florists reaction was priceless. Made my day actually. And lastly but not least is lismachia clethroids which is a great garden perennial if you want something to spread and be tall. Love it!

I was like a bear coming out of hibernation when all this warm weather started in March, and then
BAM 💥, just like that there’s tulips ready for harvest!!

Are these not gorgeous?! Such a surprise too bc they were a substitute for the bulbs I actually ordered. That doesn’t usually happen!
