What do you need help with right now for your wedding day? How would it feel to know that you can enjoy your wedding day and not worry about the next event coming up? At your rehearsal you will get to practice with music through the PA system I bring along? Won't it be nice to have everything planned and then turned over to someone who will keep you on schedule?

As a Wedding Planner I learn all of you wants and wishes for your wedding day. I am there to support you and help out with your guests. Before you wedding day, we sit down to discuss exactly what you expect to happen. I provide a Public Address Speaker (PA system) that amplifies at your rehearsal so everyone can hear and know what is happening at the rehearsal. The minister also receives one. It consists of one speaker and 2 wireless microphones. You can rehearse to the music you have selected for your wedding day and practice at the rehearsal with your ceremony music! A larger sound system is available and a trained technician to rent for your wedding day if you need it.

I provide a service of Directing your Wedding Day (and rehearsal) and even helping you plan. I'll help you find the right vendor or work with the one's you've already booked. And if you book now for your 2026 wedding you can receive a free sound system for your wedding ceremony. Amplification for your officiant, music and vows. Ask for more details. We direct weddings and other events. Contact us to have us help you organize your day. We also provide a P. A. system (amplification) at your Wedding Rehearsal so the minister and the Wedding Director (us) can be heard at the rehearsal. We offer lots more and you choose the amount of time you'd like us on your wedding day!

CAN you help me? I keep getting emails from people who want to get price quote from me to they can have their event in my venue. My venue???? I am not a venue. There is no place to hold a ceremony or reception in my office. So, if you found a web site somewhere that says I am a reception location could you please send me the link? I need to find out where people are getting the idea that I can provide that service. I am a wedding planner. I help people organize their wedding day. I direct the day, I can provide professional DJ service through my husbands company. Asta DJ, but I am not a venue location. Any help you can give me to find out where this is listed would be gratefully appreciated.

Back in March I received a phone call to "tip" me off that a wedding planning company would be calling and pretending to be different brides from out of the area. I was told they were going to see how well I worked and to "take" information that I offered so they could improve how they interviewed brides. -- Just so you know. It is the bride who is interviewing the Wedding Planner, DJ, Photographer, Caterer, etc. Be sure you have at least 5 questions about your specific wedding for them. See how they answer your questions. Don't ask questions that are listed on their About Page, or packages page. Make it a thoughtful question. Such as, I have a problem with one of the bridesmaids and groomsmen who dislike each other. What do you recommend in order to not have them bickering all afternoon? Or something that is personal to your wedding day. Don't ask about prices, how long they have been in business or where they are located. -- Be sure to ask, if not on their web site: Are you insured? What is the name of the insurance company? Are you the DJ who will be doing my reception or do you hire out other people? Don't ever attend a meeting without at least 5 questions and you having done some background work in reading their web page and make a page of notes about them to put in your planner book. If they don't have a web page. Read their page, but be careful. It is so easy to make a web page nowadays and for free. If the company doesn't care enough to have a web page, you may want to ask why. Do you want to hire a company that doesn't care enough to make one? -- I can help you find the right people. And If I am booked for your day, I can recommend other wedding planners. Are you a wedding planner reading this? Please call me so we can work together.
