Well... our wildflower field didn’t exactly go according to plan. 😅
This year has been a humbling reminder that farming doesn’t always follow the plan.
We spent months researching, preparing the field, and planting thousands of seeds, dreaming of rows of colorful blooms for our couples and U-Pick days. Instead... Mother Nature had other ideas.

This year has been a humbling reminder that farming doesn’t always follow the plan.
We spent months researching, preparing the field, and planting thousands of seeds, dreaming of rows of colorful blooms for our couples and U-Pick days. Instead... Mother Nature had other ideas.
The good news? We’re not giving up.
One of the things we love most about Riviera Vines is that it’s constantly evolving. Every season we learn something new, and every “failure” gets us one step closer to creating the beautiful flower fields we’ve envisioned.
So we’re asking for a little help from our community...
🌸 If you’ve successfully grown wildflowers, we’d love your advice! Is July too late to start over from seed? What varieties give us the best chance to save our season?
