Live Great Food is our family's motto. We use fresh ingredients from local farms to showcase all that beautiful Wisconsin has to offer. Our farm to table approach ensures everything on our menu is seasonal and handmade. We cater events of all sizes, offer classes for Adults and Kids, and serve Chippewa Falls and Eau Claire from our food truck. Our menus offer Vegan, Vegetarian, and Gluten Free options.

🍽️ Join us this week for Wild Wednesdays at The Brewing Projekt! 🍽️

In partnership with : a Feral Kitchen by Live Great Food, enjoy a delicious autumn dinner with a view! ✨

Due to chilly temperatures, a deliciously Wild menu will be served in our third floor event space this week. The menu, curated by Chef Tony of LiveGreatFood, includes:

🍺🧀🍲 B**r Cheese & Cauliflower Soup (made with The Brewing Projekt brews and market veggies)
🥘 Cabbage-Braised Pork with Dumplings (apple & parsnip puree with a carmelized onion jam)
🍎 Caramel Apple (soft-poached apples in mulled c***r syrup, black walnut praline, creme caramel, & mint)

🥂 Cap off your evening an after dinner drink as you gaze at the sunset over the beautiful Chippewa River.

We have been busy these last few weeks with the Fair and Rock Fest. This weekend we are at Eaux Claires and next weekend we will be at OneFest. Followed by Ashley for the Arts and then The Pines Music Park with The String Cheese Incident. You can catch us at Tuesday Night Blues in Owen Park in between.

We had a blast at Force Fields last weekend. Now we are getting ready for Tuesday Night Blues, Rooftop Wild Wednesday at The Brewing Projekt, Chippewa Valley LGBTQ-plus Pride in the Park, Uniting West Wisconsin A Regional Response to Data Centers, BMW WI Rally, and Blue Ox Music Festival.
