Nothing beats the monsoon season!

One thing is for sure, this property has amazing drainage! We got an intense storm for over 30 minutes today and most of the water went right into the pond. The arena even held up great!

Our horses were turned out when it started pouring so we just opened the gate for them to get under the shelter. As you can see in one video when I took them out, he’s walking right through without much mud. The footing is so good!

This place really is ready to roll for the next owner 🏁
